Description of Automatic Corn flake production line
Automatic Corn flake production line is use rice flour ,wheat flour ,oats and other grain flour as raw material to extruded out ball shape ,corn flakes ,cheerios, froot loops and coco pan etc. This kind of cereal snacks is rich in dietary fiber, can be mixed with coffee or milk as breakfast and snacks to eat.
1.Raw Material : Corn Flour ,Rice Flour
2. Final Products: by changing forming die can be achieved different shapes
3. Capacity : 150Kg/h ,250Kg/h, 350Kg/h
4.Voltage: Normally 380V/50Hz ,can be made accord with customer requirements
5.Configuration : Can according customer requirments to adjust ,such as the inverter brand ,motor brand , electronic parts brand ,machine cover.

Mixer→ Screw Conveyor →Twin Screw Extruder →Vibrant Cooler→ Air Conveyor→ Flaking Machine →Air Conveyor →Pre-Dryer →Hoister→ Vibrant Feeder→ High Temperature Baking Machine→ Air Conveyor→ Sugar Coating System→ Dryer→Cooling Conveyor→ Packing System
This High Temperature Baking Machine is applied to dry and puff the corn, crispy rice ball, corn flakes, etc. It is equipped with compelling ventilation heating system, inner layer air flow baffle, accurate temperature control, and thickened insulation layer. Its advanced technique provides all the necessary functions in low power, high heating efficiency, low running cost, and less machine maintenance.
It is the first developed screw type continuous high-temp dryer in China.
Constant speed flow puffing tank can assure the material drying evenly.
Automatic compelling ventilation heating system can make low power and high heating efficiency.
Accurate temperature control assures the drying stably.
It can sift waste material automatically.
