1. Description: It is mainly made from corn powder. It is a new choice for your breakfast
after mixing with milk. Designed as a kind of breakfast cereal, it is crunchy taste and water
resisting property make you have something in mouth for chewing, but not hard.
a. Raw materials: adopts corn flour as raw materials.
b. Products: This line can be used to produce corn flakes, breakfast cereals, snacks,
cereals by adjusting the moulds from extruder.
c. Capacity: 150kg/h, 260kg/h for corn flakes; 150kg/h, 260kg/h and 500kg/h for
breakfast cereal.

Mixing system---Extrusion system---Cooling system---Flaking system---Drying system---Toasted system---Sugar Spraying system---Drying system---Packing system
e. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries.
f. Machines Materials: All the machines are made by stainless steel at food grade, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.

Twin Screw Extruder
A. Main Parts of Twin screw extruder with electricity heating system:
Dry extruding technology, the use of self heating way, without steam system,
conforms to the user's actual needs.
a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when
roasting or replacing of materials.
b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.
c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
d. Linear bearing blade adjustment system, adjust the knives accurately and quickly.
e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process perfect.
f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance.
g. Visual automatic temperature control system, in order to make more accurate temperature control more intuitive and parameters.
h. Different screw and length to diameter ratio can meet different production processes.
