Corn flakes can be flavored with sugar, honey, coco and cheese, etc. Corn flakes are a popular breakfast cereal manufactured by twin-screw extruder through the treatment of corn flakes of grain, served with milk and marshmallows, were a very popular food among the families.
It’s becoming the ideal family nutritious-cereal breakfast by providing necessary nutrients and crunchy flavour for human body. The edible method is easy and fast by mixing with soya milk. The flavour will be healthier and better if mixing with milk, nuts and etc.
Features
1)Corn flakes is one kind of crispy food which is processed by this line and adopt grist as basic material
2)It is fast and nourishing food with given structrue, such as granule shape, flake shape and animal shape.
3)For the cornflakes processing line, different process get different snacks, and different taste.

This line can be used to produce corn flakes, breakfast cereals, snacks by adjusting the dies from extruder.
Raw materials
Kinds of cereals, such as: Corn flour, rice flour, corn grits, millet and so on.

120-150kg/h, 300-400kg/h

All the machines are made by Stainless steel 201, If you have special requirement, we also have ss304, ss316.
Voltage
Chinese Input Voltage is 380V/ 50Hz /3, If it is different from yours, we will adjust it.

About installation and after-sale service system:
1. We can provide factory layout according to customer's factory size in advance.
2. When we received your deposit of this order, we will ask our engineers to prepare to apply the visa, when the corn flakes processing line arrived your country, and we will send two engineers to go and help you to install the corn flakes line, teach your worker(3-4 workers) how to operate the corn flakes line, until your worker know the corn flakes line well.
3. Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to clean the extruder, how to change the screw, how to change barrel etc. And we have responsibility to provide technology support with you forever.
4. Our engineers can provide basic formula for producing the corn flakes, breakfast cereals, snack food etc. And help customer to produce good quality food according customer's detailed formula.
5. We provide the spare parts will at preferential price for an extended long time.
