Characteristics for the 2 in 1 iPad & smartphone LCD separator machine:
The machine is used for separating lcd and touch screen of Apple, Samsung, HTC as well as all the cellphones and ipad , tablet pc below 14 in screen. if the LCD is still working well, you just need to replace a touch screen.
1.Heating plate is made of integrative alloy-aluminium with good and well-distributed heat conduction, and won't easy out of shape though under high temperature;
2.With built-in vacuum pump to hold your replacement parts on the machine firmly;
3.With LED display, you can get the clearly information on it;
4.Operation Guidance: place your phone accessory on the machine plate, and fix it by using the vacuum pump, power the separator machine to produce heat to about 100 degree, using the high temperature to melt the glue between the touch screen and the LCD pannel, then use the strong alloy wire to separate the LCD and the glass till they are completely separated;
5.The separate machine is suitable for most cellphones and for ipad, tablet pcs (for lcds under 14 inch).
Note 1: Do not produce the heat more than 110 degree when operating, otherwise the high temperature may destroy the phone accessories;
