Garbage Truck 10 + 1,5 m3 Mercedes 1518 truck chassiswith rear loader
PRESS GARBAGE TRUCK TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 10 +1,5 m3
1- Capacity of garbage truck: 10 + 1,5 m3.
2- Waste loading body is fixed on truck. Waste loading is from back side of body.
3- Garbage Body will install flexiable on truck chassis.
4- Loading platform height is 110 cm while truck is empty.
5- Loading space is 1,5 m3. Garbage Body weight is nearly 3.250 KG. Base sheet is 5 mm. Side sheets are 3 mm.
6- While body is empty, unloading will be from rear complete curtain.
7- Unloading press curtain sledge place material is poliyamide sheet and it can changeble.
8- Waste unloading working is with rear hydraulic cyclinders and sledge rear plate.
9- Body welding is with SG2.
10- Rear cover has special liquid prof gasket.
11- Truck engine period can increase or decrease from truck cabin by driver.
12- Body paint has two times undercoat painting and two times colourful painting.
13- Rear cover has security valve on cyclinders. If hoses broken or damaged, rear cover would not fall down.
14- Body has warning button for driver at rear body.
15- Rear sledge palte manufactured from special long life non-corrosion steel. Unloading process working is with special double step hydraulic cyclinder.
16- Hydraulic piston control valve can go forward and back.
17- Body hydraulic oil tank volume is 100 lt.
18- Hydraulic system cyclinders are cold-drawn piston pipes.
19- Hydraulic pistons are chorme coated.
20- Hydraulic cyclinders has bearings at front and back.
21- Hydraulic system tank has sucking filter and feedback filter.
22- All hydraulic pipes has security screws.
23- Hydraulic system pressure is between 80 and 150 bar.
24- Press unloading curtain hydraulic piston working with 150 bar.
25- Getting of waste container and unloading of waste container to rear 1,5 m3 space is automatic system with rear hydraulic pistons and valves.
26- Garbage body running system is with PTO from truck gearbox. Truck cabin has PTO button. Its running system is with air system.
27- Rear of body has lights to take wastes in inght working.
28- Garbage Body has warning light on body.
29- Rear body has waste container taking and unloading system.
30- TSE and CE certifcates will given.
31- Warranty 1 years, Spare parts provide warranty 10 years.
