Mosaic flat emitter type drip irrigation tape characteristics:
1)The distance between emitters can be varied to meet the irrigation demands of different crops so that it can save water and increase output to the largest extent.
2)Special labyrinth type design on emitters makes users control dripping quantity through water supply pressure according to actual water quantity needed by the crop, and make dripping volume even for each emitters on a fixed length.
Production line characteristics:
1)It adopts centralized control by computer, having the characteristics of stable production process, easy operation, continuous production of mosaic flat emitter type drip irrigation tools for water saving.
2)Emitters feeding, choosing, transferring, storage, quantity-fixing supply and mosaic can be completed continuously and synchronously. Transfer speed can be adjusted according to production speed of drip irrigation tape, ensuring that plastic emitters can be transferred to the bonding place of drip tape accurately and then bond them firmly.
3)The Unique structure, special materials and advanced processing crafts of screw bolt of extruder, die head, and dimension-fixing cylinder makes raw materials extruded plasticized evenly, Pipe-wall smooth and diameter fixed stable.
4)The material of vacuum water tank, cooling water tank are made of stainless steel. Vacuum degree in vacuum water tank can be adjusted flexibly and accurately, and can be kept stable.
5)Might drying equipment can solve effectively water carrying in high-speed production.
6)It adopts two haul-off machines controlled by frequency-variable technology so that haul-off speed is steady and can be adjusted synchronously according to production speed, and the line has low noise.
7)The line adopts mechanical method with PLC controlled to drill dripping holes. Meanwhile, it is equipped with residue recycling system. It has high characteristics of high speed of hole-drilling and no residue left.
8)The machine adopts double-station rolling method, so it has the functions of changing roll without stopping machine. Wiring space, rolling tension and rolling length can be adjusted according to actual needs.
