This production line uses conical or parallel double-screw extruder. It can produce PVCeotype cable porpos threading pipe and decorating profile.
1. Because of introducingh foreign latest technology and good design, this production line has the advantage of plastify uniformity, small shearing rate,high output and long service life.
2. This production line is composed of conical double-screw extruder,vaccum sizing platform, traction machine, cutting machine,laminator and stacking frame.
3. The host machine adopts import exchange frequency conversion drive, and the temperature control adopts JAPAN RKC. Auxiliary engine,vaccum pump and drag motor also adopts high quality products. It is simple and convinent to maintain. If changing the screw, machine barrel and moulds, it can directly extrude simulation wood foaming profile. The effect is better than that of single screw extruder.
