»Features and applications
1. This extruding production line realizes continuous extruding and production of such kind of pipe products,it can produce bars and sheets after changed the auxiliary machine.
2. UHMW-PE pipes are widely used for the transportation of various powder,liquid,and gas,such as mineral powder,foodstuffs,river channel,slurry processing,power plant ash discharging, seas and river water convervancy,mineral well water drainage,oils,gas delivery,chemical raw material and three wastes ect,which can replace iron pipes,steel pipes,stainless steel pipes and alloy steel pipes.
3. The production line adopts speial used extruder for UHMW-pe: ultra-large torque reducer, special designed screw, new type open slot barrel, molding die,and cutting machine,frame ect.
