Structural characteristics
1. SS-DM two colors film series blowing machine is developed combining Japanese technology with our national conditions. It is mainly used for producing black/white (or silver/white) plastic films. It has solved the problems that the materials being easy to mix, the color boundary being not clear, the thickness being not even, and the combining parts being easy to tear. It also can produce double layers films after changed the die head.
2. The product is designed reasonably, its structure is tight, and is easy to operate.
3. The main motor adopts frequency control motor. The machine unit has been configured again. The efficiency improves, and energy consumption decreases. The property of the machine becomes more advanced and reasonable.
