Specifications
Monolayer plastic wide film blowing machine unit is mainly used for producing products of LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, LDPE/LLDPE Blend.

Structural characteristics of multilayer machine unit:
Multilayer co-extruding agricultural film, geomembrane blowing machine unit is developed and designed on the basis of absorbing western advanced key technology. It is applicable for processing LLDPE, LDPE, EVA, mPE, HDPE materials. The structure is reasonable and the property is stable. It possesses properties of good plasticizing, high output, low energy consumption, and clear layers splitting. It is ideal equipment for producing greenhouse film and geomembrane with multifunction of high strength, ageing resistance, no water drop, transmitting, and heat preservation.
Features:
1. Products: wide plastic agriculture film, functional membrane and geomembrane, etc.
2. Raw material: LDPE, LLDPE, LDPE/LLDPE blend, HDPE, and EVA, etc.
3. Functional film characteristics: high intensity, anti-aging, no fogdrop, penetration and heat insulation, etc.
4. The geomembrane product with high strength and good obstruct have special adhesion, optional parts, which improve the film cooling efficiency and outputs.
5. Screw: Adopt special screw, which has good plasticizing performance.
6. Winder: double-position and core winding type winder.
7. Low energy consumption: 10%-20% lower than the same domestic machine.
