Features and application
This production line uses LLDPE as main raw material, and adopts several different kinds of resin. If can produce two-layer or three-layer stretch film which has the property of autohension. The coextrusion stretch film has better tensim strength, anti puncture capability and shock resistance than monolayer film. And in the meantime, it has good retraction memory and autohension. It also has excellent transparency and extensibity.
Machine featuers:
1. Special designed screw and static mixer, to insure fine plastifying, uniform colour and lustre and high capacity.
2. The material of die head adopts imported die steel, and processes with finsh machining, so it can avoid the deformation of die head.
3. The inside of cooling steel roll adopts bidiretion return circuit design, inlaying spiral passageway, it can ensure the uniform temperature of the roll surface .
4. This production line adopts PLC control, automatic changing reel and conceal automatic cutter, it is safe and convenient.

1.The supplier provide all the machinery and equipment can meet the requirements of agreement and the corresponding standards.
2. Main parts warranty for one year, unit electric parts warranty half a year.
3.The supplier should be 12 months after shipment in equipment, material and process of design defects caused by any free on the damage to the machinery and equipment repair.
4.The supplier would be irresponsible for error handing, assembly, tighting and operation caused by damage.

c. The schedule of wearing parts, spare parts supplied by the supplier, and lifetime supply of spare parts, spare parts.
If customer requires our technician to install in the customer’s factory, the expenses for one of supplier's technicians going to the country of customer to install equipment and train staffs, including fees of round-trip air ticket, accommodation, as well as service charge, and so on, will be afforded by buyer. Service charge will be USD80 per day.
