• Heavy-duty water end: The QSZ submersible slurry pumps are manufactured by high chrome iron construction coupled with heavy section thickness provides the ultimate in protection against the most abrasive wear in heavy slurries.
• The pumps "Just Run":
The QSZ submersible slurry pumps are the slurry pump you could throw to the sump or pit directly, they dont need any additional support superstructure and very easy to use but keeping the umps solids free even with the coarsest, heaviest slurries, all they need is regular planned maintenance.
The submersible slurry pumps are worked under the water means low noise levels or even silent operation. instead of dry-mounted pumps.
The Submersible slurry pumps are often chosen as replacements for dry-mounted pumps where pump failures are frequent and maintenance costs are high.
Even when there is a risk of flooding, there can be continuous working for replacing the horizontal pump.
• The mechanical shaft seals shall be installed in an oil filled seal chamber designed to permit inspection and drainage and prevent over-filling without disassembly of the pump stand, agitator and impeller.
• The pump motor shall be designed specifically for submersible pump usage and continuous duty of pumped liquid up to 194°F (90° C).
The temperature sensor (winding thermostats) protect the motor by sending a signal to a customer-supplied relay that can be used for sounding an alarm or shutting down the unit if internal temperatures exceed safe operating limits.
A twin electrode system provides double protection by detecting moisture intrusion in both the motor housing and the mechanical seal chamber.
• Optional agitator: A robust agitator can be fitted to the impeller eye allowing the pump to agitate high concentrations of solids.
• Isolated and potted cable system leads to prevent moisture intrusion and leakage.
