Split Casing Pump Description
Type QS pumps are single stage, double suction with horizontally split casings.They are suitable for pumping clean water or liquid similar to it in physical and chemical properties at a temperature not exceedding 80 °C ( for common material ) .
The main components of QS,QSH pump are listed as follows:lower half casing , upper half casing , impeller , shaft , double suction sealing , shaft sleeve , bearing housings , and couplings .
