Descriptions of AMG/AMGH Gravel pump:
Type AMG/AMGH Horizontal gravel pump is cantilever centrifugal gravel pump, used in delivery corrosive slurry, widely used in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, electric power, traffic, river dredging ,building and municipal engineering etc. The features of structure as below according to applicable scope.
Structural Characteristics:
- 1. A horizontal, single-shell structure pump, flow components hardware nickel, chromium high abrasion resistant material and has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability. Low NPSH must NPSHr.
- 2. Matrix Road off circulation and can be used for large-particle abrasion materials continuous conveyor.
- 3. Drum structure bearing components, use high-capacity bearings design, use of lipid-lubricating bearings, lubricating oil used to adapt to different conditions.
- 4. Adjustable impeller and the clearance between the board to ensure efficient operation of the pump.
- 5. Seal a packing seal, seal and play impeller assembled mechanical seal, adapt to different conditions require.
- 6. Pump and drive straight for the choice of the drive, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, drive reducer.
- 7. Pump in the direction of the export of a 360-degree rotation installation location to accommodate different installation conditions at the scene.
Sealing Forms:
- 1 Packing gland: For the suction or gravity condition. The pressure of sealing liquid should be 35Kpa higher than the discharge pressure of the seen in following table.
- 2 Expeller seal: In general for gravity condition the gravity head
should not be exceeded to 10% of the total head of the pump and the shaft power increase by 5% about.
Applications:

- (2).Absorb the silt and sand in the river, lake, sea, reservoir, pound, electric power plant .
- (3).Absorb the slurry of stone processing plant.
- (4).Absorb the slurry in the deep well.

Benefits:
- a. Wear parts:The impeller and liner could be removed easily. The impeller and volute made of high chrome alloy, which has good performance in wear-resisting.
- b. Shaft sealing: Packing seal, expeller seal, mechanical seal
- c. Bearing assembly:The bearing assembly is with large diameter shaft and short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration. Heavy duty roller bearings are adopted with Lithium white Grease and housed in a removable bearing cartridge. No leakage, a little maintenance, convenient rotor adjustment.
- d. Construction:Horizontal, centrifugal, single-case and single -stage slurry pump.
