Brief introduction of 60HZ Concentration Syrup Juice Circulation Pump
QI, QIR series single stage single suction centrifugal paper pulp pump (end suction pump): used for paper pulp, waste paper stock, reclaimed pulp, wood pulp etc.
They are widely used in industry: paper making plant, printing industry, paper reclaiming industry etc. The material can be changed to stainless steel material such as SS316, SS304 for corrosion acid liquor, ZG500 or QT500 for oil. Motor and diesel engine drive are both available.
1) Easy installation and move, open back structure makes it easy to take out the rotor;
2) Discharge on top center, pump body support by anchor assure the stable structure and maximum resistance off-center and distortion caused by line load;
3) No overload design, make sure performance operate stably;
4) Adopt national standard hydraulic model make sure high operation efficiency and good anti-cavitation performance;
5) Packing seal and mechanical seal are available.
