1.Gerneral
DTS480 type is the 3 phase 4 wires meter which can meas the rated frequency (50HZ) electric energy.
The meter is for indoor use,and the temperature should be -10°C to +50°C;relative humidity should be not more than 85%(temperature is 25°C);at the same time,pls confirm there is no etchant gas,fog and few.etc.all these bad condition may be will make some mistake of the meter

a.normal error
Against the standard GB/T15283-94
b.starting
when rated volt,rated frequency and COS=1.0,if the current will be 0.5%,,the meter will run continuously from left-right.
c.creeping
When there is no current ,but the volt will be 80%-100% of the rated volt,the meter's runing should not be more than 1 circle
