SXG model 3D filament extrusion line is the main model of third generation (high speed) series line which designed and made by Cissco Machinery Co., LTD, this line is mainly used for producing various kinds of filament for 3D printer from ABS/PLA/PA material.

III. ABS/PLA/PA Filament Extruder Machinery Features
3.1 Single screw extruder - BDSJ-30/28. The Screw designed by American technology, with bigger L/D and compression ratio, ensures high speed and stable extrusion, provides excellent plasticity. Extruder with “ABB” A/C frequency motor and high class “ABB” inverter, which provide accuracy and stable output control, Japan “OMRON” PID intelligent temperature controller, accuracy of temperature control: ±1°C.
2.1 Cooling water tank. Main body of the tank is made from the standard stainless steel 38CrMoALA material. Tank frame with spiral elevating device, can be 3-D moved, trouble free operation.
