4.1 Price:basis of FOB defined in accordance with the provisions of the International Rules for the Interpretation of the International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS) 2000.
4.2 Delivery Time: 10 days after receipt of down-payment, clarification of all technical and commercial items.
4.3 Packaging: painted with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film. Fumigation cost is on Buyer’s side, if any.
4.4 Terms of Payment: 40% of total price as down-payment by T/T, 60% of total price shall be paid before delivery by T/T.
4.5 Quotation Valid: 30 days from the date of this offer.
4.6 Warranty: 12 months is from the date of commissioning from delivery.
