Adhesive Solar Film Coating Machinery
1. MAIN APPLICATION
1.1. Used to produce PET Solar Film;
1.2. Suitable material:
1.2.1. Base material: PET film (12-25um);
1.2.2. Glue: Oil pressure sensitive adhesive.
2.MAIN FUNCTION AND CHARACTERS OF DECORATIVE WINDOW FILM PRODUCTION MACHINERY
2.1. Unwinding unit: Double positions, adopts Constant tension and Automatic Edge control system to keep the film in stable tension and reliable operation;
2.2. Heating ovens: Adopt segmented control to guarantee the accuracy of the temperature control;
2.3. Transmission units: Adopt Servo Motors to increase the synchronous control precision and guarantee the machine running smoothly;
2.4. Rewinding unit: Adopts two-position constant tension winding to keep the tension balance;
2.5. Transmission rollers: They are all by dynamic balance processing to guarantee the flexible operation and prevent the film scratches.
3. MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
3.1. Valid width: 1600mm;
3.2. Roller width: 1750mm;
3.3. Max. mechanical speed: 0-50m/min;
3.4. Operation speed: 10-30m/min (affected by glue and coating thickness)
3.5. Maximum unwinding diameter: 800mm;
3.6. Maximum winding diameter: 800mm;
3.7. Heating method: Electrical heating;
