BX Interval High-shear Mixer Homogenizer Machine for Cream Lotion Paste Paint
The rotor has powerful pumping ability after being specially designed, and it has more advantages in disposing materials of high viscosity and high solide contect. The parts contacting materials arecarried out polishing treatment, which conforms to the production requirements of GMP standard. It is applicable to such industries as medicine, cosmetics, food and health products.
The stator and rotor system adopts claw type coupling engagement. The materials are simultaneously sucked from the upside and downside of the stator and rotor so that the shearing probability can be increasingly enhanced and the occurrence of dead corner of the upper materials can be avoided. It is suitable for fine emulsfication, high quality dispersion and high efficiency blending.
