 1.Production Introduction:

The machine adopts upside coaxial triple mixer, which opens cover through hydraulic pressure up-down. The rotate speed of rapid homogeneous mixer is 0-3500r/min (frequency control) while that of slow wall-scraping mixer is 0-60r/min (frequency control). The homogeneous head adopts high-shearing vortex emulsifying mixer. Slow wall-scraping mixer clings to kettle bottom and kettle wall automatically. Vacuum material absorption (especially for powder material) can avoid powder dusts rising. The whole process should be carried out in vacuum condition so that material will not produce air bubble after rapid-speed mixing and the process can meet sanitary and aseptic requirement. The system is equipped with CIP cleaning system. The parts where vessel contacts material adopt SUS316L material. The inner surface adopts mirror polish (300 EMSH Sanitary-grade) In order to guarantee the stability of control part, the electric appliance control part adopts products of Germany Siemens Company, press button adopts product of Germany SCHNEIDER company, transducer uses products of Japan Panasonic Electric Engineering, and vacuum pump uses products of Siemens Company. The machine is made completely in accordance with GMP standard, which is the most advanced and ideal cream and ointment production equipment in domestic.
