2. Application:
Meets GMP requirements can press round tablets, engraved tablets and irregular tablets. Available for pharmaceutical factory, food and chemical industries.
3. Features:
A. Central lubrication system, a perfect combination of the main machine and control system
B. Advanced automatic control system exactly monitored the whole process in a series of working situation such as rotation speed, output, weight of tablets, accuracy and malfunction etc.
C. PLC operation system. Operation menu is easy to understand.
D. Tablets formed Twice by main pressing and pre-pressing.
E. Force–feeding device controls the flow of powder and ensure the accuracy of feeding.
F. Imported hydraulic pump unit sustains the main pressure and pre-pressure, pressing stably with low noise, and the hydraulic system will act as a buffer and protector while the pressure is over high.
G. Punch turret of 45, 37 and 30 stations can be fast replaced on one machine to achieve economical and practical purpose
H. Punch turret can be removed easily and cleaned easily.
