(YG-ALG-2) ALG series small liquid filling machine/ ampoule filling and sealing machine
1. Application:
Yg-alg-2 type ampoule filling and sealing machine is a liquid filling machine our company has developed for the production of ampoule injectable liquid production.It adopts peristaltic pump and 2 head filling.
2. Features:
A. Single chip system controlled peristaltic pump filling, dosage precision is high,can adjust the dosage without stopping the machine.
B. Filling device has anti-dripping function,no“black head“ after sealing.
C. Lliquid filling and sealing in one machine, space-saving.Simple structure, good appearance and easy to clean.
D. Rack positioning is precise, running is stable can fill bottles of different size.
F. Easy operation, speed controlled by inverter, high automation degree.
G. Adopts oxygen and natural gas as fuel gas, small pollution.
H. With counting and no ampoule no filling function.
I. Optional acrylic glass protection hood or curtain, 100-class laminar flow
J. The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
