This equipment is widely used to concentrate the liquid in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dairy products industries, especially applyingto concentrate thermal medicine under vacuum and low temperature.
1.It is designed according to the principle that the steam contains less heat energy under the low temperature (Vacuum) condition than it does under the high temperature condition, while under the low temperature condition, the heat of vaporization is high instead.
2. 2. Referring to the related foreign data, an excellent structure has been adopted in evaporator and heater to remove the steam resistance, decrease the vacuum loss, and reduce the heat wastage, which has gained remarkable energy-saving affection,
3. 3. A strong flow technology of external heating temperature difference cycle has been adopted, which can make cycle speed high, evaporating speed fast, the time of receiving heat short, and not to curdle easily. Its concentrating ratio can reach 1.4 or so.
