ZQG Rail Crashed Device with High Quality and Low Price
Introduction
The rail collision is mainly used in long rail railway in CWR combined joints of welded construction, CWR destressing, "rail human block" impact rail device, the long rail longitudinal movement and adjusting of rail joint operations of a kind of auxiliary equipment. The hit rail device consists of a subject, plate, oblique iron and hook and so on structure, the main body, a shim plate and a wedge are from the overall high strength alloy steel forging, and the quenching and tempering heat treatment. Therefore, hit rail device as a whole, high strength.
Operation procedure
of the ZGQ type of bump 1, will hit the rail body placed in a moving long rail rail head, two wedge into the wedge groove of the main body and using a sledgehammer to tighten oblique iron (goggles). 2, the plate is placed in the rail head, make it and hit the rail device body plane is close, and the plate hook is connected to the rail body hit. 3, with "rail pulley human" from hit plate plane, then slowly moving long rail. 4, when the rail strike in place, off hook plate, from the rail from pad, and with a sledgehammer hit hit rail body wedge groove of the big end surface of the door, take lower wedges and subject from the rail, hit the rail end.
