 Maintenance

1,Air pipe inner dia is 16mm and length is not excess 12 m, the air         pressure should be kept at 0.63Mpa, and keep air pipe clean and fasten hose nipple.

2,When assembling machine,check clearance between drill shank and fixing sleeve,hold handle and force pressure to it slowly, ensure that work normally.

3,Oil machine every 2-3 hours(3-4.5°E50 turbine oil)

4,Do not insert the whole machine into ledge,when drilling incompetent bed.

5,When machine was jammed at crevice, do not drawout it powerfully ,it will damage machine.

6,If dirt block strainer, romove it .cannot disassemble strainer.

7,When using machine,dismantle it at least twice a week, use diesel oil to clean and dry ,then oil, later assemble and operate machine.

8,If machine should be stored for along time ,dismantle and clean it ,then oil and store.
