1. The Brief Introduction of GolD Ore Wet Pan
Wet pan mill/Gold grinding machine is the best equipment to replace ball mill. because it have small investment, high output, low production cost, good efficiency and easy installation. And the machine is the ideal beneficiation equipment for small and medium-sized enterprise. Gold grinding machine is mainly used to process the gold, silver, lead, zinc, iron, molybdenum, copper, antimony. The wet pan mill is named by the diameter of roller. Φ1300,Φ 1350,Φ 1400,Φ 1500,Φ 1600 is suitable for selection of iron ore, molybdenum ore ,lead ore ,zinc ore, antimony ore and so on. Φ 850, Φ 900, Φ 1000,Φ 1100,Φ 1200 is suitable for selection of gold ore. Above all, 1200a type is the most popular and widely use.
2. Working Principle of GolD Ore Wet Pan
The machine repeatedly squeeze and mill gold ore through the weight of the wheels until the gold ore has been crushed completely. And then add 1 kg mercury into the water . Meantime, every 5-10 minutes, add gold ore to the machine. After 24 hours, recycle mercury. Then pack mercury with big density of cloth. Twist the cloth and let the mercury come out. The gold will be left in the cloth.
3. The operation and maintenance of GolD Ore Wet Pan
1). The raw material should be put into the machine after the machine running normally. 2). This machine is not allowed to state with the material in the machine. If the machine is stopped because of stoppage, the residual material in the machine should be cleared. Then start the machine again.
3). The material should be put into the machine uniformity, not sometimes much sometimes less. It's better to use a feeding equipment.
4). The bearing part should be add butter regularly.
5). Every bolts should be checked to avoid flexible.
6). The bearing should be changed in time if it is damaged to avoid damage other parts.
7). While the machine is running formally, you should check if there is abnormal sound in the reducer box and or bearing part, if there is a too high temperature, if there is too big motor current and so on. If it happened, you should stop the machine to remedy of the trouble.
8). The motor V-belt should be removed while examine and repair the machine for your safe.
