Coal Ball Tablet Pillow Shape Charcoal Making Machine through reducer simultaneously transmitted the power to two pressure rollers and made them rotated in opposite directions. In two pressure rollers rotation, materials naturally enter into the ball molds on pressure roller and materials pressure vary from small to large with the rotation of the pressure roller. When the material is rotated to two rollers line contact points, materials pressure has reached a peak. Under enormous pressure, the powder materials are suppressed into finished ball.
The material
(1) Inlet raw material need less than 3mm,the smaller the material, the better the briquettes.
(2) The material can't be mixed with metal material, or the mold is easily damaged.
(3) The raw material moisture need be controlled between 12%-15%.

Production line
Crusher: The crusher crushing the big size raw material into the required size less than 3mm.
Conveyer: Customer according to their own needs,by adjusting the speed of conveyor belt to decide how muchto feed.
Feeder: Feeder mainly used to send the coal powder from the bunker to the converyor belt in the production process.
Wheel mixer: Using this binder mixer can mixing the liquid binder(special formula) uniformly, then add this liquid binder into carbon powder, to make the finished coal briquettes much stronger, not easy broken, also has smooth surface and long burning time.
Briquette machine: Coal Ball Tablet Pillow Shape Charcoal Making Machine will make the crushed raw materials processed into products of any shape you want.
Dryer:We all know in the process of mix natural binder into coal powder and the final production may contain about water to some extent so we need to dry up briquettes by dryer.
