Introduction of charcoal kiln
The airflow charcoal manufacturing oven is our new invent equipment, which is also combined type. The charcoal can be hoisted outside, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increases a lot.
This type of furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.
Working principle of charcoal kiln:
A: Prepare the raw material and pack them in the inner stove;
B: Use the hoist to hang the inner stove to the outer stove, and then cover the cap; and then connect the cap and inner stove and seal them;
C: then fire the outer stove, and use the purification tank to collect the smoke;
D: when it produce the fuel gas, you can use the fuel gas to carbonzie the raw material which save a lot of fire material.
E: when finish the carbonization, use the hoist to hang the inner stove out to the ground, and then use the hoist to hang another inner stove to carbonize again.
Introduction of main parts
(1) Outer stove
includes heating room (for heating the inner stove), furnace body and heat-keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material)
(2) Inner stove
Consist of the stove tank body and the sealed top cap. Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel, three inner stove can be stacked together for saving space and shipping cost.
(3) Smoking recycle tube
During the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.( can be burning) the smoke can be collected and returned to the furnace.
(4) Purification tank
This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhaust-heated cycle pipe.
(5) Hoisting equipment
it include the steel hoisting frame and the E-hoist .And it is easy for loading and unloading the stove.
Characteristics of charcoal kiln:
1.Easy to operate and maintain, higher safety, energy saving
2.High carbonization rate ,no smoking, little pollution, high efficient.
3.Newly developed carbonization stove, which can dry the materials with the superfluous energy produced in the process of carbonization. 6-8 hours per stove and can work continuously .
4.The tube of fume extraction will recycle the gas flow which come from the inner stove during the carbonizing process for continue warming the stove, and it will save 70% energy consumption and recycle 95% smoking.
The carbonized different kinds of raw material:
1) Agricultural waste: straw, stalk, corn cob, peanut shell, grass, etc.
2) Forest waste: wood log, branches, leaves, sawdust, etc.
3) Coconut shell, kernel, sunflower shell, nuts, etc.
4) Bamboo

Payment, Packaging, Delivery?
Our payment terms:
1. We usually accept T/T, or Cash.30% for down payment, and 70% pay as balance before loading.
2. It is about 15-20 days to finish all the machines after receive the down payment.
3. We take pictures of finished products, and test all the machines before delivery.
Packaging of our machines:
1. Stand blasting, coat with high quality paint;
2. Product wrap by PP-Bubble;
3. Load container, Spear Parts in wooden case.
4. as your special requirements.
Delivery of our machines:
1. We have been long term of cooperation with many famous shipping agent. Also we can according to your needs to arrange the delivery.
2. After load the machines into the containers, we can we send the loading pictures to you.
3. When we get the BL after the ship leave the Port to your place, we will send it with the Contact, Pre-form Invoice, Packaging List, etc to you so as your can do the clearance.
