PART 1 .Brief Introduction of Continuous Carbonization Furnace
Our machine adopt advanced heat flow drying system, the drying effect is excellent. After the high temperature, purification, in addition to smoke can be semi-finished products into smokeless, tasteless, non-toxic cleaning carbon, have professional technical guarantee, no risk! This equipment can use such as agriculture and forestry residues (rice hull, peanut shell, corncob, shaving, sawdust, bamboo chips, branches, bark, crop straw) containing carbon material, the processing of new energy reuse is become - mechanism charcoal.

PART 3 .Working Principle of Continuous Carbonization Furnace
The environmental friendly carbonization furnace takes full advantages of CO, methane, hydrogen and other flammable gas produced during the carbonization process and adopts the high technique of gas recovery, purification and recirculating combustion. It not only solves the air pollution caused by th heavy smoke during carbonization, but also supplies the heat energy needed by the production. Such design makes the carbonization furnace self-sufficiency real, meanwhile, improves the continuity and economical efficienry to make full use of agroforestry waste and make them valuable.

This carbonization rate can reach to 99%.

4. Why it is no pollution ?
Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.(can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again.
5. How many containers will it load?
One 40 feet container and one 20 feet container.
