>. Brief Introduction of EFB Pellet Mill
The pellet machine is mainly applicable to crude fiber granulation, such as: oil palm efb, coconut husk, sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cotton seed hull, weeds and all kinds of crop straw, forestry waste and the factory waste, the material of low adhesion ra-te, difficult to forming.
This type of pellet mill is widely used in the biomass-energy fuels plant, power plant, wood processing plant etc.
It’s the ideal pressing shaping equipments with low investment and high profit.
>. Features of EFB Pellet Mill
1) Precision gear drive, ensure the drive efficient, stable and low noise. Enlarged NSK bearing for the main shaft, enhance the s-trength of the main shaft.
2) Using thick roller bearings, to increase the load capacity; the steel bushing of eccentric shaft is of high hardness with high acc-uracy, and further enhance the stability of the roller, and extend their service life.
3) Innovative compression holes structure of the ring die, reduce the impact of the original compression hole on pellet quality, a-nd extend the life of the ring die. Ring die is made of stainless with high quality heat treatment, adopts the quick release mechani-sm and hoop ring die lifting trolley system, to replace the ring die and roller becomes easier and time saving.
