Brief Introduction of the Rotary screener: 

Rotary screener mainly contains motor,reducer,roller device,frame,sealing cover,feed and discharge port.

The roller device is titled on the frame.The motor is connected with roller device through shaft coupling by the reducer,and drive roller device around its axis of rotation.When the materials fed in the roller device,due to tilt and rotation of roller device,the material on the screen surface roll and rotate.Finally the qualified materials will be discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of roller,the unqualified materials will be diacharged through the discharge port at the end of the roller device.Due to the material flip and scroll,the material stuck in screener will be pop up,to prevent the mesh plug.
