Product Application
The principle of the rotary drier is as follows,the hot air move forward from the tail,then full access with materials,through heat conduction,convection and radiation heat transfer,then deliver the heat to materials directly,then the materials moisture content is evaporated constantly in the cylinder body,the wind device on the outlet take out a large number of moisture,wet,to prevent the second pollution caused by the dust discharging.Through the spiral stirring and shovelling plate to drive the material moved,until finish the whole drying process.Flow counter conduction dry off the wet,avoid and reduce repeated drying process.
Main Features
Our sawdust rotary dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20~50%. The rotary dryer is equipped with inlet, steel pipe, fan blower, air lock and cyclone.
Wet materials are put into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the fan blower quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of eco-friendly dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This eco-friendly dryer reduces the moisture to 8~12% with the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency.
