Introduction
The princeple of Rotary Dryer is as follows ,the hot air move forward from the tail ,then full acccess with materials ,throgh heat conduction ,convention and radiation heat to materials directly ,then the matrials moisture content is evaporated constantly in the cylinder body ,there is a fan blower with can take out a large number of moisture ,steam and dust ,to prevent the second pollution caused by the discharging :Throgh the inside screw plate to drive the matrial moved ,until finish the whole drying process.
1.sawdust dryer /wood chips dryer mainly used in biomass pellet production line , dry the material , such as wood chips, sawdust, shaving or efb fibre or shells , other materials.
2. this is a rotary dryer , can dry the finished fertilizer pellet .
3. different model with various diameter and length , it means their evaporation is differenet . For the same model rotary dryer ,we also can control its evaporation scale . if humidity too large , we can adjust feeding speed and drum RPM lower to make longer drying time .
4. the working principle of dryer is the heat provided by stove go forward in the dryer 'barrel with the rotating of dryer barrel.
5.. the rotary dryer has two ways to discharge materials.
one is to outlet from rotary drum bottom, it is mainly fit for large weight ratio materials , the other is to outlet materials from cyclone bottom , which mainly fits for light ratio materials . On one hand with high drying efficiency , on the other hand clean dust.

1. Reasonable design of raising board and angle ensure the material well-distributed and dry with less time. It owns reliable operation and high energy utilization ratio, simple maintenance.
2. Adopt an adjustable center tug structure, the good cooperation of the tug and the rolling ring reduce the attrition and energy consumption.
3. Special structure of the dam-wheel decrease the horizontal thrust, when the machine working in inclination station, it has strong ability of anti-overloading, steady operation and high reliability.
