Introduction of rotary dryer
The principle of the rotary dryer is as follow: the hot air move forward from the tail, then full access with materials, through heat conduction, convertion, and radiation heat transfer. Then deliver heat to materials directly,.in this way, the material moisture content is evaporated constantly in the cylinder body. There is a fan blower in the tail, which can take out a large number of moisture evaporation, steam and dust, to prevent the repollution caused by dust discharging. The inside screw plate rotate make the material move too, until whole drying process finished.
Features of rotary dryer
1.The rotary speed is adjustable.
2. Simple structure.
3.The dryer can dry high moisture content and large volume materials.
4.There is elastic plate sealing strip in feed inlet and outlet.
5.There is lifting blade in the inner cylinder, it can make the material mixed with the heat flow fully.
6.It is matched with stove.
