The wood pellet production description
to make wood pellet , it need other related machines .
for example, if your material is wood log , dimater not more than 30cm , mositrue is about 40% , and also have some sawdust and u want 5t/h wood pellet line
1. first u need wood chipper YBX218 , its capacity is 8- 15t/h and inlet size :30*68cm , how to choose the wood chipper, we combine your material size and your capacity
2. rotary dryer , the mositure is about 40% , u need a dryeer to low down the mositure to 15% , 15% is best situation to make biomass pellet
3. the dried wood chips need to further grinded to 8mm sawdust , according to capacity , we select use multifulctional hammer mill or dual shaft hammer mill , 5t/h we recommend custoemers use dual shaft hammer mill, as thre are two rotors , it means the grinding efficiency is better
4. as in the condition , there are some sawdust as the direct material to make wood pellet , ingenral there will be some impurity in the sawdust , if there is some big chips or other impurity , use a roatry screener to get rid the impurity
5. pellet machine , u can use YGKJ560 , 4 sets wood pellet machine together in the wood pellet line
