1:the Requirement of Raw Material

Size:10mm below(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to

wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)

Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet. 

If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.

All alloy steel die working hour is 2000/2 hours, which from professional ROTEX MASTER. 

If die lifetime can reach 3000 hours, die will not be a spare parts.

B:Reducer transmission: Reducer brand is Guomao, a listed company hasing 17,000,000 sales amouts.

    Driving with high precision gears, automatic lubricant pump system keeps the reducer 

    working stability and warranty period.   

    Compared with gearbox made by suppliers, the reducer can last longer and practical.

C:Motor brand is Siemens beide, which is save energy than common motor. 

D:Working time of the model and roller must be more than 2000 /2 hours.

E:If any problem with the wearing parts during the warranty period ,

   we can send a new one to you for discount price.
