Introductions:
Roller dryer is mainly used for drying high moisture materials, such as building, metallurgy, chemical, cement, sawdust. It is composed of rotary body, lifting board, transmission device, supporting structure, as well as sealing ring.
It has the features of rational structure, perfect workmanship, high productivity, low consumption.
Rotary drier is general applicable to granular materials and other mixed materials. Both ends of the rotary drier are high seal. It is both energy saving and environmental. What is more, its power consumption is only 30% of other similar products, and coal consumption is only 50%. While the material indicators after drying are higher than the national standard.
The equipment of Rotary Drier we produce uses low-speed rotation and bending hammering dispersed material so that high-temperature air can be mixed with the material to achieve uniform drying effect. It mainly used for drying all kinds of powder materials, such as dye factories, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, pharmaceutical companies and other manufacturers.
The rotary dieer mainly consists of the cylinder device, front and rear roller device , out equipment, transmission device , gear cover and other components.
