Efficient centrifugal wood Pellet mill (CE approved)
I. Introduction:
JK series efficient centrifugal pellet mill are our initiate patented products in China through meticulous research and development. The series pellet machines absorb the quintessence at home and abroad, the heart part adopts “ double-layer die” as the unique structure, the rollers are made by abrasion-proof alloy steel, improve the using life of spare parts greatly. For the drive part, the grease is filtrated automaticly. Special design, rational structure, low power consumption and high efficience, sturdy and durable, and supply the gap of vertical feeding of ring-die pellet machines at home, reach to the international advanced level. The equipment is applied to the materials with low adhesivity and low shaping, such as the rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell; branch, trunk, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks; rubber; cement; ash and other chemical materials. They are used in the biomass-energy fuels plant, power plant, wood processing plant, fertilizer plant, chemical plant etc, are the ideal compression shaping equipments with low investment and high profit.
II. Product features of Efficient Centrifugal Pellet mill
A. Upward mould, special structure;vertically feeding, never buff placer, feeding materials with wide inlet, and easier heat dissipation
B. Die static, roller rotating, material centrifugation, distributed around evenly; because of the die high side, the materials can be kicked back to the pressure room.
C. Double-layer die, multi-function, with different die holes of upper part and lower part, meanwhile the double-layer dies can be used together.
D. Pressing briquette with big die hole, die and tube connected together, the density of briquette can be adjusted. Only change the tubes which link the die, reduce power consumption and increase production efficiency.
E. Adjusting the length of pellets & briquettes with frequency conversion, which is the separate device in the machine; the speed depends on the length of finished products.
F. Gear drive, reduce speed through multiple channels, save power and reduce the abrasion of spare parts.
G. Grease filtrated, automatic lubrication and link compaction.
