The touch screen can set the "turntable speed .up& down speed and film carriagre speed directly" and we also prepare for our customer 6 wrapping model for they pallet ,most of customer they have diffierent pallet to wrap ,so the different pallets need different wrapping speed ,wrapping force ,the customer just need set the 6 model one time ,then just choose the right model for they pallet , no need adjsut the parameter every time any more.

A good machine must need a good beginning  ,this beginning means good design,if the design have problem ,no matter how good the spare part you use ,all is in vain ,so pallet wrapper have 18 engineers just study and design it ,after Desgin ,we test the sample ,after everything is fine ,we begin to manufacture the machine ,we use good laser cutting machine and good bend machine to bend and cut the steel ,we use robot to weld the machine ,after welding our worker will check all the parts ,and then printing the machine ,the install worker must according to our SOP to install the machine ,make sure no missing parts ,after intallation we test each machine ,everything is fine ,wer pack the machine and ship out ,about the packing the machine ,we use steel+wooden box ,pallet wrapping machine easy damage during transport ,so we use the steel box and surface covered with wooden board ,it will be safety for the machine,when customer get the machine ,everything is fine .

Dirve x-01 pallet stretch wrapper mast height is 2600mm ,and the max packing height  is 2400mm ,if you pallet over 2400mm,you need choose mast height 3200mm,the max packing height 3000mm

if <0 degree ,need tell us ,we need use a special motor for machine 

5.What's the thickness of turntable steel and use what cut the steel?

turntable steel 10mm ,and use water cutting teachnology,do not use laser cutting.

6.What's max weight can be use?

our standard pallet stretch wrapper max load weight 2000KG ,above 2000KG we need change to steel roller under the turntable ,standard  machine use plastic roller .
