Bottle washing machine adopts our latest edition, following is the working flow:
1. The bottle input device transporting bottle to washing machine, 2. Then chain clamp clamping bottle and make bottle to inversion type, 3. Starting washing for both inner & outer bottle, 4. After washing finished, turn bottle right, flushing inner & outer bottle by purified water again, and 5. Transporting bottle out the washing machine by output device.
The whole process is smooth & steady, and can realize high washing quality, conform to GMP requirements.
