1.Screw feeding conveyor : Convey the waste PET PP to the crusher

 

2.Crusher: Crush the waste PET PP. 

 

3.Flotation rinsing unit: Separate the bottles caps and impurity from the crushed PET PP flakes. 

 

4.Screw feeding conveyor: Convey the waste PET PP to the hot washer.

 

5.Hot washing tank ( 2pcs): wash the PET PP flakes.

 

6.Screw feeding conveyor(2pcs): Abstract the PET PP flakes from the hot washer.

 

7.High speed Scrubbing washing unit: remove the impurity and the rest dirty in the

 

surface of the PET PP flakes.

 

8.Floating tank: Separate the caps and impurity from the PET PP flakes again.

 

9.Electric heating drying unit:dry the PET PP flakes.
