The WPC embossing machine is mainly used to press the veins on the surface of WPC products. It consists of convey rack, embossing rollers, hydraulic device, heating parts, digital meter and so on.
1),automatic feeding function, and press evenly the veins on the products surface by heating way.
2), processing thickness: 0.5~60mm, with position limitation device for protection.
3),adopt hydraulic device to adjust the process thickness
4), vein roller is made of 45#40C2, the veins on the roller are carved by PC, and with plating hard chrome processing.
5),embossing depth can be adjusted by oil pressure device and manual tiny adjustment device.
6), equipped with feeding buffer device and emergency stop button for safety protection.
7), embossing speed: 0.5~15m/min
