The WPC sanding machine consists of working table, sanding belt, air-pressure tiny adjustment device, air clean gun, dedust device and so on.
1), working principle: use sand belt to remove the smooth surface of the WPC products, so that the final products will be similar to the true wood products much more.
2), Automatic feeding function, and sand the surface of products evenly;
3), processing thickness: 0.5~120mm, it can be adjusted from the working table by the hand wheel and digital indicating meter, high precision;
4), tightness of sand belt can be adjusted by air-pressure tiny adjustment device, which can ensure the processing precision.
5), there is safety operation guidance and pictures, which can remind workers to protect themselves during the running.
6), there is emergency stop button on the evident place of the machine body.
7), equipped with dedust device to collect the waste powder and improve the workshop environment.
8), sanding processing speed: 0.5~15m/min
