Conical double screwPVC plastic extruders with appropriate screws,dies andother auxiliaries machine can directly extrude thermoplastic,especialPVC powder into Pipe, sheet, board and profile etc.
The extrudersare drived by A.C motor or D.C motor(optional) with a transducer orD.C timing device to regulate motor speed . It is also equipped withthe elecrtric current over-load protection device,screw transplacementstoppage alarming device and gear box oild starvation alarming device. The screw core is heated by circulation of oil and the barrel isheated by casting aluminum heater and cooled by fan,it aslo includevacuum venting and forced feeding device.
