This production line is used to produce high quality PPR pipes for hot and cold water supply and other application.Based on many years design and manufacture experiences, wecanprovide complete PPR production line at good price to produce highquality PPR pipes .
It has such main advantages:
1. barrier type screw,by which the material can get goodplasticizing at low temperature with high extrusion output.
2.barrel with feeding groove,material is 38CrMoAl andnitrogentreated,surface hardness is HRC 65-68, it has a longer service life.
3.millipore type die head with low inner compression ratiocan guarantee to extrude high quality PPR pipes..
This line can also be used to produce PP-H,PP-B pipes by little adjustment on screw and die heard.
