   Labyrinth drip irrigation belt hose making machine can produce can produce irrigation pipes for irrigation of cotton,sugar cane, vegetables and other plant.

1 Stable production, linear speed for single line ≥15 m/minute. Double output speed equal to 30 m/minute, 1800m/h

2 Air circuit & electric circuit are equipped inside the machine.

3 Total lengths of the line: 12 m, equipped power: 36 kW

4 Aperture: 16 mm、12mm(adjustable)

5 Wall thicknesses: 0.16, 0.18, 0.20

6 Space between: 100,150,200, 300, 400,600(mm)

7 Space between: 300, flux is 3.0 L/h(depend on customer)

8 Size of the final product roller: Diameter is 500 mm, height is 500 mm, total length is 2000 m

9 Material: HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE are mixed at certain ratio, we will provide this

   formulation to customer without any extra charges.
