Specifications
The production line is especially used to pelletizing PE,PP,LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE,ABS,EPS,PS etc.Features and functions:
1.Surface-grinding and water-ring pelletizing is mainly used in the thermo plasticity product of filling or no filling. Because outside the template is water-ring, the template don't contact the cooling water, make the temperature of template even, so even the output is low, but output is very even and normal. Because the granule enter into the cooling water-ring immediately after pelletizing, so the structure is compact, decrease the spare of machine. The technology is composed of pelletizer , dryer, fan transportation and storage silo. Custom also can choose ebullient bed, vibrator and etc. Surface-grinding and water-ring pelletizing has two models: One is vertical pelletizing, and another is horizontal pelletizing.
2.The production line is especially used to pelletizing PE,PP,LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE,HMWPE,HPDE,ABS,EPS,PS and many other types of materials
