It’s used to recycling waste HDPE pipes unto 800mm and other solid waste from die…etc.

Process technology:

Waste PE pipes —> shredding machine —> Conveyor —> Crushing machine —> Suction out PE granules

Features and advantages:

Suitable for many kinds of big volume waste, such as big thickness plastic pipes, waste from die, roller film…etc

The blades and blade set on rotor can be disassemble, easy for clean, maintain

Dynamic blades adopt “V” type installation, make the rotor cutting even, reduce power consumption and noise

Every dynamic blades has four cutting edge, when it’s abraded, it can be turn 90°for continuous use

Rotator drived by gearbox, running steady, lower noise, high torque

Hydraulic push material, independent dynamical system, strong structure, running steady

PLC control system with automatic reversal and stop, machine running more safe
