Our double shaft shredding machine adopts the advanced technology introduced from Europe, and passed the CE Certification of Quality System. Low speed,  high torque, low noise.

over-load protector , the machines is suitable to treat the big, thick of plastic products, such as big diameter plastic pipe , the shell of TV sets, refrigerators and washing machines, tires , plastic packing case, computer hard disk, aluminum, bronze and the thickness of steel less than 5mm.

The machine is controlled by PLC system, the blade can be rotated in opposite direction, and also will close automatically if something unexpected happen, with very high safety service

Remark

1. The standard thickness of rotary blades is 40mm, also 15mm and 20mm. you can choose the suitable blades according to the size of the processing granules.

2. For the rotary blades, we have single gripper, double gripper, and more than two grippers for your customers’ choosing.
